I had order a card holder from PrintVenue for Rs 249. My order number is 244486864404. i have recieved a damaged product. I have already mailed them several time but according to them they cannot refund or replace the product. So they decided to give 100 rs that too in the PrintVenue account. But i want my money back by the same mode through which it was Deducted i.e through bank,cos I don’t want to buy anything further from printvenue as the quality is also very cheap.
Firstly it’s theirs fault they have given a defective product on top of that they will give only 100 rs back that too in the same account which will be useless for me . Plz help
