Damaged product from Snapdeal vendor, no support

I purchased Wildcraft Black Backpack on 9th july under order no 19448617019 and I received it as damaged one(torned out at the bottom)and requested for return and refund. It is more than 22 days that I put my request and everyday I am mailing snapdeal at help@snapdeal.com but no response. It is a clear cut case of cheating with the customer who put faith in the company for respecting their policies. I want my money to be refunded and item to be taken back.
