I have purchased woodland shoes worth of Rs. 2ooo in sale from its official website woodlandworldwide.com. the product was damages, its sole is detaching from base, also there is no logo on the product it seems like a first copy of woodland.
I tried call the the customer care 100 time no one pickup the call ever. Also, i have raised the issue on customer care email address, from there also i have not recieved any productive resolution of the issue.
the company is doing trapping of customers by giving lucrative sale deals and saling there 2nd copy products online, and above this they do not provide any means to return the low quality products. there website never works, the button of return the product will never work.
i request you to kindly intervien, this is nt about 2K but my concern is more about the trap and cheating that company is doing in this way.
