I received a call from them saying that they will give me data entry job. There will be total 1400 forms and you need to complete them in 10 days. And the registration fees will be deducted from my 35000 salary. I got attracted to it and send them the details.
I was successful in completing 1400 forms but they said you have not acheived 90% accuracy. So you have to give 7300 rupees as software coorection programmme and this is refundable and then i will get my salary. I paid the amount thinking that i will get my money. But instead they turned up the another day. They sent me a legal notice saying that you have to pay 6700 per month for 11 months to the company as it was wriiten in aggrement..
I mean first they took 7300 rupees as software correction fees and now they are saying that you have taken this software after the time period so it is not valid.
Please help me out with this. I dont want to indulge me and my family in any legal matters…
I dont have a father even. This will be so embarrassing for my mother to go to Gujarat and stand in the court for some fraud company.
