I had ordered a mobile battery for my yuerka plus mobile from jaxtakart online shopping site on September 2017. A prepaid amount of 539 have given by me. They sent me a battery, which was not fitted properly. I raised a request for money refund. But they said only replacement can be done. I sent the battery by registry post expending 37 rupees as their instruction was to do so. Their customer care executive promised to send a good quality product, but they sent a dead battery. I again informed them about the battery condition. This time I strongly claimed for money refund because they have lost their faith from me.
