Deduction by Docomo for unsolicited services

DoCoMo has deducted Rs. 45 twice on activation of unwanted value added services by sending instant flash messages. when I ask they say it is non refundable & after saying about complaint forum they refunded only Rs 30 out of total Rs. 90/-. Please arrange to expetide to resolve the issue. My DoCoMo refund request no. is ABAL1216958973
