I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 from CredR on 29th March 2024, trusting their assurance that the vehicle was in good condition. However, since the purchase, I have faced continuous mechanical issues, resulting in frequent breakdowns and costly repairs.
I reached out to CredR’s customer support multiple times through emails, requesting a resolution. However, despite my repeated efforts, CredR has failed to respond or provide any assistance.
On 8th February 2025, I planned to visit their showroom in person to resolve this issue. However, upon checking Google Maps, I discovered that the showroom was marked as “Permanently Closed”, making it impossible for me to reach them physically.
I also attempted to contact CredR’s customer care number listed on their website, but the number has always been unreachable, further proving their lack of accountability and support.
On 18th February 2025, I sent yet another email demanding an immediate resolution, only to receive a notification that my email was blocked by their system, preventing me from even reaching out to them. This indicates a deliberate attempt to avoid consumer complaints.
Issues Faced:
1. Defective vehicle sold – The scooter has had continuous mechanical problems since purchase.
2. No after-sales support – CredR has ignored all my emails and complaints.
3. Showroom permanently closed – No way to reach them physically.
4. Emails blocked – They are intentionally avoiding consumer complaints.
5. Customer care number unreachable – No way to contact them via phone.
CredR has engaged in unfair trade practices by selling a faulty product, failing to provide support, and making themselves unreachable. I urge the consumer court to take strict action against them and ensure that I receive the necessary compensation.
I am attaching purchase receipt as evidence of my claim.
