Defective chopper from Flipkart vendor, no customer support

I bought a Black and Decker SC350 Chopper from flipkart on 8th December, when i received the product, I opened it & plug in, I found that the Item is not working at all, I raised a request for replacement, but they cancel the request, I again raised the request then again cancel the request & now they are saying that they cannot replace or refund as per their policy.
I want to file a complaint against them to take strict action.

Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018.
