Defective food processor delivered by Jiomart, no support

I had purchased Inalsa Inox 1000 Plus food processor worth Rs. 10995/- from Jiomart as Jiomart as per order id 17239153280279125M on Aug 17, 2024.

I was delivered damaged  Inalsa food processor by  Jiomart on Aug 20, 2024 as per attached images. I had initiated return on Aug 20, 2024,  itself, since the processor was received with knob and buttons in detached condition There was no confirmation received regarding the return and no message or communication, about the date when the return item will be picked up. I called multiple times to customer care to confirm my return request. I was told by customer care, return has already been received and wait for 15 days till return process is processed. I additionally sent Jiomart email to have a record of the return request on Aug 26, 2024. From now on they took the return request to Aug 26, in their response mails. After multiple requests by emails, phone calls, I was told that we they are investigating.
On Tues Sept 24, at 11.49 am  I had received a call from Jiomart customer care saying order will be picked up in 48 hrs. But still it was not picked up. After 48 days since the return request was raised for damaged product received, neither the defective product is picked up and neither my money is refunded.
