Defective handset from Flipkart vendor

I have brought the handset in flip-kart on 30th Nov 2017 and on the same day i have identified there is a problem in the handset i am repeatedly sending the E-mail no buddy is responding to Mail or call . i am tellling to refund the amount there not doing that and forcing me to use the same handset.
