Defective iPhone from PayTM vendor

I have booked an iPhone 6 and received on 10th of August. As soon as i unpacked it and try to open the phone it was working, i thought it was discharged and put it on charging after some time what i realise is that i can hear the sound of unlocking and feel that the phone is vibrating when i am muting and unmuting the phone. So i applied for the replacement of the phone. First, one of the agent name Sxxxn told me that you will get the replacement. Further, When there was no update then i called back and one of the Senior Agent Mxxxd. Kxxxxxf told me that you need to get the Job description from Apple Service Centre to get the replacement. Then i got the job description from the Apple Service Centre and now i have uploaded it 3 times but not showing to your agent. I don’t understand Why you guys take it very seriously when we are placing orders and Why so unimportantly at the time of refunds or replacement. Everyone just told me that you will be contacted with our team, we are highlighting your case blah blah blah. Now get my work done before i go to consumer court. Very disappointing for a that much big company. I am attaching every single photo needed to be know by you for the replacement. Now its my request to proceed with my replacement procedure. Its my very hard own money what i have innvested in phone.
