Very disappointing from a big brand LG and Croma, I have recently purchased 07/dec/17 a LG television from Croma, this is defective piece having restarting every 3 days once, contacted croma raised complaint with LG and they sent technician who cam took photos of the log and went back after been resetting first time and it again happening, again another technician came and took photos, now he is saying that we will change the panel inside TV or repair, this is not ridiculous and i have been sent back to replace the TV since it is a defective piece sent by Croma, after spending hard earned money Croma and LG are cheating, the supervisor is yet to come back to me on replacing the TV, waiting for the reply.
Am really disappointed with the service from Croma and LG branded a big company should not even think to replace the TV which is defective and keeping the reputation at stake.
