I ordered for a LG 43″ smart tv on 6th october 2017. I received that order on 13th Oct 17. On 14th oct installation team came at my home when they opened the box then we found there was a crack on the panel. at that time I raised a request for replacement. They ensured me that They will replace the order on or before 3th nov 2017 but still I am waiting for a replacement They are only escalating the dates. I contacted them many times. Now they escalated the order on 22nd nov. It is not happening first time. They escalated the order more then 6 times.
