I bought mitashi 1 ton 3 star actually from Flipkart online shopping store on 15 may 2017 and payment via HDFC credit card. When it’s arrived to me and install by Flipkart technician they told me that it was company defect pice. Than mitashi companies technician told us this pice was replaced after Flipkart technician visit your ac and found defect than it will be replaced by Flipkart company. But nobody contact us and we filed complaint to Flipkart for this defect pice. Then immediately they were processed for refund and not to replaced the pice. But till now nobody comes to visit my company defect pice and nobody gives me right answer whether it’s replaced or not. Then suddenly Flipkart and Mitashi company person told us you have been refund your money shortly. But I don’t wanna refund money I wanna replaced my faulty ac with new pice. Please help me as soon as possible.
