Sir i bought ia new mobile from a online site ebay which range is 10000 but when i got mobile he did not working then i call to customer care of site ebay for replacement my phone and my phone is in guarantee of 30 days replacement but they are not changing my phone. Please help sir

Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-.
