We ordered POCO C3 mobile from Flipkart which unfortunately had been delivered with a display defect on it so we tried requesting for a replacement but the seller had cancelled our request for more than 2 times.and we can The Flipkart customer care, the customer care executive has adviced us to vist the nearest centre to service the device and if they denies to service call us again. Then we had booked a visit at our nearest mi service centre and gone there and they told it is an hardware issue and if u get in to it flipkart would not able to replace your device so kindly call the customer care and tell them to do a replacement.Then I went to the service centre and made them to spoke with the Flipkart customer agent they spoked and I got an call back that a backup team will call u and they will book a replacement for you. But till now we don’t got any call like that please replace asap sir.
