Defective product delivered by Flipkart through Ekart

Recently I have purchased a xioami note4 phone they simply sending defective handset next when I purchased tampered glass for the mobile they first send one damaged glass next on complaint they sent one ekart delivery guy( subsidiary of flipkart) who damaged the case and next refused to take back what he has damaged flipkart on further email said they have done all is required and take apt action

They do not refund me money neither provided me with replacement so the question is what they did ?? can flipkart be trusted??? further if you doubt they u can check this image or the order id or can contact me

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
