I ordered a christys collection Black sleeveless nylon casual jacket with order id 20561746215 on 8th December, 2017 on snapdeal. The order received was a defective one and of a bad quality. When I requested to return the order, Snapdeal send it back stating that it did meet their quality check and they returned it back to us. For the second time, when we filed a return request, a person came to pick it up. Snapdeal again stated the same reason and send it back to us, but this time, the. Cap that was attached with the jacket was also missing. I tried to contact them through the mail, but they said that they did not receive the cap of the jacket.
They also rejected the refund request.
