As I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 note in Ebay. I have ordered Grey color but they delivered me Gold color, due to emergency situation I have adjusted mobile color. After few days I have faced lots of Problem with that mobile.
1. WIFI, Bluetooth and Hotspot button not working.
2. Often mobile getting switched off.
3. Mobile not charging.
Later I have raised a complaint to customer care and explained the issue and they ask me to visit the nearest Lenovo showroom with the Invoice. I have visited the showroom and they telling it is a defect piece and it wont come under any warranty and they didn’t do repair also . I have explained the same thing to customer care people but I didn’t get any proper response from them till now. Since Last 3 months I am contacting the seller and customer care but there is no response
Kindly take this complaint as on priority and I need my money back or a new defect product.
