Defective product received twice from Flipkart

I have bought one I-phone charger on dated 6 April 2018 but i have received defective charger same update to flipkart team flipkart is arrange replacement but i have receive charger after 10 day and also its defective and damage charger received i have same update to flipkart again but no any positive response received so its my humble request please do the need full, order number, OD211984164334163000
