I had ordered a Samsung 700 ltrs refrigerator from Amazon on 7-Oct-21 which was delivered to me on 14-Oct.
Product was found to be damaged when the packing was opened by the Samsung engineer who came for the installation on 15-Oct. I lodged the complaint with Amazon on the same day and was ensured that the pick up will be done in 3 days but even after 30 days the same has not been done. I had already reached out to Amazon customer service multiple times post that and every time they has just apologized and confirmed that it will be done this time. Now even after 7-8 times reaching out to them and getting no resolution after 30 days, I thought of raising a complaint with Consumer forum because neither is the product being picked up nor is the amount I paid is being refunded to me.
Hoping that this route will help me in resolving this issue.
