I ordered some items from myntra online. I received my order on 27th aug 2017 and found that one saree was damaged. i talked to customer care on number provided on their site 08061561999 at the same time and since 27 aug 2017 i have generated return requests 4 times. each time the person comes to pick the order but refuses to do so saying the product is damage. i have talked to customer care 5-6 times and on 02 sep 2017 i talked to the seniors of myntra and they assured me that this time your pick will be done definitely but today on 03.09.2017 the same thing happened. the person refused to pick up the packet. at the same time i called to customer care for confirmation but they did not confirm anything and that boy went back and myntra staff gave me assurity 5th time that this time your packet will be collected .they are harassing me a lot and doing nothing.
