I have purchased a headphone from Skullcandy official website on 21st Sept 2020. On the same day, I have found that it was a defective product. It’s play/pause functionality was not working. I tried a couple of times but it was not working. I tried contacting its customer care and its partner distributor (Brandeyes) but their service was not helpful and they were busy all the time. So I tried to contact them via their customer service mail id and at the same time, they created one ticket. but they never responded after that. I replied to the complaint mail multiple times but they are not responding to my follow-up emails. It’s been more than 10 days in a row and the company is not responding. I don’t know whom to contact.
