We have bought a sofa in June from the furniture shop in Bangalore and after 1 month it started giving issues as noise was there when sitting and getting up and we have called them to correct it, After 2 moths one person came and checked it and did something. Again after 1 day its the same issue we faced. Again we contacted the owner and he said he will repair it and he sent some one and they have checked and said there is some issue with the wood and they did some 1 hour work around 15 days back. Now i still see some issue and now i am fedup and i am asking for a refund but owner is not agreeing for the refund. Only option he is giving is replace for which he is asking the cloth charges.Sofa came with 5 years warranty .
