I have bought a Transcend JETFLASH 700 32 GB pendrive from Flipkart. But, when I used the pendrive, I find that after sending various kind of files to pendrive like audio/video/documents/exe. files do not run in the pendrive and copy speed is very slow like 3/4 MB/S instead of 30 MB/S which was shown by Flipkart at the time of selling the product. I cannot format the pendrive into NTFS format which is necessary to transfer single file larger than 3/4 GB size. I have requested for replacement of the pendrive two times within 10 days replacement request period after their first replacement request cancellation. They approved the replacement requests two times and later they cancelled those replacement approvals. They also sent replacement approval messages to my contact number which was available to them through my flipkart profile. FLIPKART and SAIPRODUCT seller may be responsible for this problem who were selling the pendrives through FLIPKART. Customer care of Flipkart assured me two times for replacement of the pendrive but they could not able to keep their promise. Help me out of this problem and take necessary action. The two return reference IDs and cancellation dates and time are also mentioned in the pdf which I am providing to you. I am enclosing the document file as exhibit.
