In Last month on 11th July’20, My Daiwa LED Smart Tv (49 Inch), Model-4K-D50UVC6N stopped working.
I register my complaint to the insurance company “FUTURE GENERALI INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD” Toll Free no 1800-102-7437, email- LWG FGI.EW . And shared all documents related to policy of extended warranty.
They scheduled a technician visit and on 16th July’20 technician take my LED TV along with remote to service center for repair also take 500rs for travelling charges.
Till today i have raise multiple calls and mail to Future Generali and local Service Vendor ( Shiv Shakti Enterprises) for product inquiry they ignored my calls and not telling about my products status.
Its almost a month by chasing them but no information yet.
