Delay in delivery and wrong information by xpressbees

Delay in delivery and courier boy marks as he contacted customer. Value: 599. My delivery of product is delayed and courier boy mentions that he contacted me and i didnt received his call where he switched off his mobile and not even contacted me.this is 2nd order i am facing a problem from xpressbees kakinada achampeta junction office.

    3071851 is my order id.its been 1 month i have ordered for a product.the courier service team is not giving appropriate information.getting message daily like it will be delivered not delivered and number of delivery boy is not correct.

    I am suffering same problem, my customer is waiting eagerly for the Delivery, but the delivery boy marked the place as “entry restricted “, where as the customer confirmed that there is no problem like that. I complained, but no result comes.
