Delay in delivery by Aramex couriers

I am send a document to our brother in oman by Aramex courier company by 21 may 2018 but the courier doesn’t shipped and the aramex worker doesn’t help me. My courier tracking number is 3446382122. Please help me please
The document is very important for me. Please sir help me. The product is my document (sister marriage certificate)
