Had placed order on Aug 17 for a Harry Potter box on thebigbookbox.com. It was said that the order would take a max of 2 months to be delivered. Due to lack of contact details, I left a few messages on their Facebook handle and got a reply that the order was dispatched on Oct 22 and would be delivered in max of 10 days. I was also ensured that a mail with tracking details would be sent which never arrived. Upon sending number of follow up mails and messages on Facebook, I received an image of the tracking id which showed that the box was dispatched on 24th Nov and they included a complementary box for the hassle I went through. I could not locate any data for the tracking id supplied by the agents and when I tried to reach them on twitter I was blocked. I received the complementary box, but the actual order which was supposed to be with DTDC (#Z37466127) still shows no data. The customer service executives handling Facebook are slow to respond (no response from their complaint redressal forum) and only provide excuses rather than share the actual issues with the delivery. Please help me in getting this resolved as this has been going back and forth for close to 4 months now. Truly frustrated and disappointed!
