Delay in refund and high cancellation charges by Yatra

For a cancellation made on 08th May’18 for Rs 46,193/- Yatra did not refund the monies till 31st May’18. Upon an escalation mail on 31st May, the refund monies gets credited the same day.Yatra mentions that they tried reaching the passenger and there was no response (this is untrue as Yatra never gave me a call). Yatra further mentions that since the passenger did not claim the refund after the cancellation, the refund was not processed. Further, Rs 400 per passenger per sector resulting in overall calculation of Rs 6,000 for a to & fro ticket.
