Delivery of Defective mobile POCO F1

I have purchased POCO F1 mobile in Dec 2018. However, mobile was having heating problem and phone calls could only be heard on speaker. Same got resolved upto some extent by updating the software provided by company time to time. Now again the same problem started and I have to use speaker to do conversation with anyone. I had complained about same and recieved a call from POCO F1, wherein representative of company agreed that the mobile delivered to me was Defective and offered me 80% cash back. He assured that he will take up the case for remaining 20% also with his senior. However, I refused to provide him my CVV number as he was asking card number, expiry date also. It is pertinent to mention that I have suffered a lot for nine months so I want double the price of latest version of POCO F1 mobile or else 02 latest version of POCO F1 mobile in compensation. It is important to bring to your kind notice that representative of company have already accepted that mobile was Defective, I have the recording of the same and will produce at appropriate level and time. I
