We have bought a shampoo named morr F 5% solution 60 ml from PharmEasy online platfrom. We ordered it on 30 April 2024. We have received the product on 4th May 2024. But at the time of receiving the seal was opened and the bottle was half empty. We didn’t get the fresh product. So we request to return the product on the day itself. On the next day they took the product. But after 7 days also we didn’t get our refund amount and on 11th May I have got a message from them stating that the return request was declined. So I escalated my concern regarding this issue on the same day. After that i have got many calls from them saying that they are investigating on the issue. After many calls on 13th May they did call me and said the issue was caused from my side and they have nothing to do with the same. Their point is we broke the seal and opened and made the bottle half empty and they have nothing to do with, so I can’t get the refund amount back. I tried to make it clear that I haven’t done anything with the bottle. I got the bottle itself half empty. Then they were putting the blame on ourselves repeatedly. I Mentally suffered a lot with this. I’m an aspirant of UPSC, I ordered this product for my family. So I’m responsible for them. I couldn’t leave the issue like this.
