Delivery of wrong item by Quick Shop

Wrong item delivered. Value: 2009. My complaint against the online side of “Quick shop”.this is fraud company and doing business all over. So,The Quick Shop online site is fraud.They delivered me wrong item and duplicate item(which is already use). I lost my money of Rs.2009/-. Order Id-8xxxxxx7. Reference Id-#7xxx4.
So please confirm.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-.
