Didnt get the refund of amount deducted from myntra wallet

As i have seen i did not get the refund for mango navy blue culletos from myntra. They gave me rs. 3158 for extra parcel . But what about the navy blue regular print culletos that i did not get . They cost me rs. 1561 from myntra wallet . I asked costumer service about it but they generated a return request . But how am I supposed to return the item if i did not get it . They did not send me the cullotes . You just sent me the navy blue mango top . I want the amount of that order too which is rs 1561.
