I have purchased smart watch from Zookr.in on 28/12/2018 and they are delivered different products. i have requested through email and with customer care for return the product on 28/12/2018. they are requested for product video and photos for return the product. i have reply with all details. for this correspondence they are taken till date (05.01.2019). now they are sending mail stating that – ” sorry to inform you that your case is not eligible for replacement or refund as per our company policy”. kindly help in this regards.
