Different product received from Flipkart

I ordered casio watch worth 9500. Order that pay it online and what i get is a different product that is also a fake product. Return request is raised and pick up should be done. But ekart courier cancel that and i get message that i want to keep that product. But i don’t want that product…flipkart is not helping me and not picking up the product. Please i need help from consumer forum. Help me soon
I want refund as soon as possible.
