Disappointing service from Indigo airlines

I have been booking Indigo tickets from quiet sometime now and i have realised this people and their airline are utterly useless.
I wanted to book my ticket in Army quota, where the tickets got booked in Army quota without any discount . Later i wanted to change the date of travel well 25 days in advance and i was asked to cancel the ticket and book a fresh ticket. I was made to do the cancellation with a loss of 3500 Rs. I think Indigo is really a pathetic airline .
Then there was another incident where i had booked a ticket for a guest and their name was written as Kasi Visweswaran. Kasi as first name and Visweswaran as surname . I just wanted to change it to complete one name and they wanted me to cancel the ticket and make a new booking. IS this the way Indigo is making money.
The food they serve is really pathetic inflight.
The sandwiches are really cold and stale and i has spoil my stomach whenever i have eaten the same. They should start serving fresh food and not play with customers health and body.
I am really dissappointed with the whole idea the way Indigo works. I hope they change .
