We took jio cable connection in December 2018 with complete payment for one year by paying 2100 but just after 2 months several channels we’re cut for weeks and after that our connection was cut for a month then it was resumed after calling several times then again since 28 April connection has been cut and we have called several times. Their service center just registered complain and it has been 5 days no action has been taken and now their customer helpline number is also not reachable. They are fooling customers by taking payment in beginning and not providing services
