Document not delivered by DTDC even after 2 weeks

My brother sent me a document through DTDC on 23/05/2017 with tracking id R25842370,And now it has been 16 days over and i am not yet received the documents. Regarding the same i have contacted with their customer care and sent a detail email to customer care manager Vxxxa Rxxxo, but either they are not giving much information or they are not picking my phone calls.

I requesting your intervene for resolving the issue.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014. Amballa Cantt., Haryana

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
