Document not delivered by First Flight couriers

I dispatched my original expenses sheet to my boss Latouche Road Lucknow branch on 30 may to saket delhi ,after that On 31 may 4 pm first flight site shown its delivered but It was not delivered, before 1 week I am trying to get find my consignment but they are not taking action seriously. Please suggest me what can I do.

Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
