DukeIndia not sending exchange product

I had ordered Duke black sports shoes with order I’d DK66761 from DukeIndia.com and paid online and when I requested for exchange they pickup the product but didn’t send the exchanged product till now it has been almost 9 days and also they are not either sending cashback or product.
