Today, I have encountered with duplicate aluminium foil named as “freshwrapp” from Hindalco Industries Ltd. of Aditya Birla groups. I have procured 25 packets of al-foils from local vendor in Kolkata but I didn’t find the original hologram of freshwrapp on the packet. I have contacted to given customer support no. 02266917000. They forwarded my call and were being very irresponsible for the query.
The original product (Bar code:8902587091117) has MRP of 64 Rs having weight around 100 g for foil roll while the duplicate product (Bar code:8902587061127) has MRP of 67 Rs but weight is 72 g. More over that, its mentioned on the duplicate product that it has 50% more. How disgusting it is.
I tried to put complaint but it was showing some error. I have Images of both the product. I claim my loss of 5000 (five thousands rupees).
I want you to please look into the matter and stop this fraud. Such product is still in market of kolkata.
