I had purchased indulekha hair oil pack of 3 with order no 24860360286 , I opened them after 10 days and I was shocked to know that they were duplicated as I have been using them from many months when I call there customer care they refused to accept return request stating I was out of return window and instead they offered to give me a offer coupen of 200rs. I had written about my bitter shopping experience ..couple of times there costumer Care called me told rs200 promo would be sent and resolve the issue…I was ripped off my 1100 rupees and they say the issue has been resolved by there rs200 coupen…they don’t have answer for why my review not published, what action they have taken on con seller..even after a week he is gloriously selling his products on the site and hapless customer left to lurch.
