I ordered Bing50S deep smart watch from the snapdeal on July 4, 2017 (order no. 19414832159) and which I returned it on July 12, 2017. Before returning the smartwatch there was an engineer visit scheduled by Snapdeal for July 7, 2017 to check the eligibility for returing the smartwatch. I cited the reason in engineer’s diary that the product delivered to me is duplicate and not the genuine Bingo T50S deep smart watch product of Bingo company.
After that I got the replacement on July 18, 2017. But this time also Snapdeal delivered the same duplicate smartwatch. On the same day at around 5 pm I again requested return to snapdeal (at help[@]snapdeal.com, auto+help[@]snapdeal.com). On July 19, 2017 Snapdeal sent me an email that your smart watch will be picked up by July 21, 2017 and amount of Rs 1599 will be refunded to my account.
But till date no one contaced me.
After waiting for 2-3 days I again wrote the email on July 25, 2017 at around 12:15 pm for which I got the reply on July 27, 2017 mentioning that your request for return is closed. The reason give by Snapdeal “There is no response from customer (my) side”
I again wrote the email to Snapdeal on July 27, 2017 at 5:30 pm mentioning that I was continuously writing the emails to you so the reply of “no response regarding me” from Snapdeal is not true. On July 28, 2017 I agian got the same auto generated message that the request is closed as there is no response from customer (my) side.
After these similar autogenrerated responses I decided to post this complaint at this forum. I’ll be grateful is some strict action can be taken against Snapdeal for delivering the fake (duplicate) products and also without responding to customers grievances closing the matter by their own just by generating the autogenerated messages.
