Earphones not working under warranty

I ordered Boult muse wireless waterproof earphones with mic-black from amazon on 9th april 2019..And suddenly one side of earphones stopped working…my earphones are under warranty and i want it to be replaced as soon as possible because i purchased it fir 1299 rupees and its a high amount for me..i complained to bloult but no one responded and i called at its service center but no one is concerned about its customer..i want my problems to be solved as soon as possible.
