It was the month of May 2020, when I booked ticket against mentioned booking ID. Due to covid lockdown, my booking got cancelled and soughted for refund out of which Rs 1947 is refunded, Rs 9666 is being given as credit shell – and balance 11097 was supposed to be refunded to my account.
From last 10 months they are holding my money and on query they are always giving bluffs and harrasing me for followup on my hard earned money.
Pls refer attached email screen shots on email communications held with them.
Other than this there are around 30-40 times I called them and also around another 30-40 emails sent to them.
I am begging for my own money resulted the loss of my time
Hence I claim Rs 50000 + Refund amount in lieu of harrasment caused to me,
and take serious action against ease my trip as their employees are continuous bluffing to me, so like there are many consumers to whom they are bluffing.
Request immediate action and arrange to resolve and payoff my claim amount.
