I take personal loan from bajaj finance. Due to accident i lost my job. So i don’t pay emi on time. And they now demand rs 12000/- as a penalty charges. I request them please waiver my ecs bounce charges. They refused my request. I have another loan in home credit india, they waiver my all penalty. If home credit india waiver my all penalty charges then why bajaj finance not do that.

I take personal loan from bajaj finserv. Due to my health conditions not good, that’s why i am not able to pay my emi on time. I have cleared emi up to date kindly cancel my bounced cheques which you have deposited in my hdfc bank. Also waive my bounced amount. Since the Bank executive collected my previous emi,s.. Hence i have no pending.
Write to them explaining your difficulties and seek settlement process.
