Empty parcel received from Myntra

Myntra has delivered empty box against order. after collecting the money by courier boy we opened the box that was empty he ran away and not listen we called myntra customer care immediately before receiving the confirmation product delivery message from myntra. Now myntra not responding they are telling that we have proceded in proper way. I unable to understand proper way. They are not enquiring & not refunding my money.
