I am writing this complaint to bring to light the extremely unprofessional, negligent, and frustrating experience I’ve had with Eureka Forbes Ltd., regarding my Forbes SmartClean NUO Vacuum Robot, purchased on 29th June 2024, and still under warranty.
Timeline of Events:
? 28th March 2025:
I raised a service complaint for a recurring issue in my machine – Error 5: Rolling Brush Issue. This issue was already previously reported, and I had paid ?460 earlier, but no invoice or receipt was provided despite follow-ups.
? 9th April 2025:
Tired of waiting, I personally contacted the technician at +91 73xxxxxxx7. He told me the part hadn’t arrived and couldn’t give a timeline. He gave me the number of Mr. Dxxxxk Wxxxxh (Service Partner for Nashik) –
Mr. Wxxxh then arranged the same technician to collect the machine from my home, WITHOUT GIVING ANY RECEIPT OR DOCUMENTATION.
? 10th–17th April 2025:
Absolutely NO communication from Eureka Forbes. I kept calling the helpline (1860 266 1177) where I was repeatedly told the complaint is under priority and the engineer will visit “within 24 hours” — nothing ever happened.
? 17th April 2025:
I followed up with Mr. Dxxxxk Wxxxxh again. To my shock, he informed me that the machine has not even reached him and is apparently lying somewhere in the service station. The technician who picked it up is now not answering calls. This is outrageous.
Complaint Summary:
My vacuum robot has been taken away without any receipt.
It has been over 20 days, yet no update, no call, no service.
Technician is untraceable, and even the local service partner is clueless.
Despite raising multiple complaints, I only receive auto-generated responses from your company.
