I have lodged a complaint on AUG/02 with Eureka Forbes. It has been 2 months since the complaint is lodged and the Eureka support team is saying that spare part is NOT available.
I am not sure why are they selling products which do not have spare parts??
Now the support team is telling that they will send the machine back and install the spare part when the spare part is available.
What will I do with the machine that is NOT working. Can you help here?
